Responsibilities- Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide personal care and hygiene assistance, including toileting, bathing, and skin care
- Assist with mobility and transfer assistance, including ambulation and use of assistive devices
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks, as needed
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
- Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior
- Document client care and services provided
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Oklahoma
- 6 months of experience as a CNA in a healthcare setting
- Ability to lift, bend, and move clients as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
