In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading products from trucks, ensuring that everything is handled efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading: Safely load products onto trucks for delivery, ensuring that items are secured properly to prevent damage during transit.
  • Unloading: Efficiently unload incoming shipments, carefully handling products to maintain their quality and integrity.
  • Inspection: Conduct visual inspections of products during the loading and unloading process, reporting any issues such as damage or discrepancies immediately.
  • Organization: Work with the warehouse team to organize and store products in designated areas, keeping the workspace clean and orderly.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with drivers and other warehouse staff to streamline loading and unloading operations, minimizing delays and optimizing workflow.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment, using equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role is a plus but not required.
  • Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a team environment.
