You will also learn about the culture and history of Jubitz, and how we strive to provide a World Class Customer Experience (WCCE) to everyone, including employees, and through our efforts, we were named a Top Workplace in Oregon 6 years in a row We are looking for a motivated, punctual, and hard-working person, who wants to learn the ins and outs of a restaurant serving.

  • Wage: $15.95/hr,
  • Schedule: Weekends & Concerts
  • Work Status: PT
  • Primary Location: Portland
  • Benefits: Bonus Cash Program, 401K with company match, Employee Referral Bonus, & Tuition Reimbursement.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in high-volume restaurants/lounges is strongly preferred.
  • Strong service-related background and hospitality mindset.
  • Must be able to obtain Oregon Food Handler's Certificate and OLCC Server's Permit within 30 days of hire.
  • MICROS experience is strongly preferred.
  • Desire to accommodate a wide variety of personalities to achieve highest possible level of customer satisfaction.

Responsible for interacting with customers, taking orders and serving food and drinks. Will assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations. Attend to assigned section and assist other servers as needed. Focus on customer experience while maintaining sense of urgency.
