CRI is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our Integrated Security Group (ISG) as a Project Coordinator. We are looking for a full-time Project Coordinator to administer and organize various projects in the low voltage security installation industry. Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Project Management team to achieve project goals and objectives. You will perform various tasks, like maintaining project documentation, along with administrative duties. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. Ultimately, the Project Coordinator’s duties are to facilitate and assist the team so that all projects are completed on time and meet high quality standards.
Ideal candidates will have at least five years of project coordination and general administration practices supporting a management team.

Some of the responsibilities & requirements will include:
- Assist the project management team in the development of project management documents such as project submittals, project schedules, scope statements and project plans
- Works with team members to gather all necessary project documentation
- Assist the project management team with managing invoices, purchase orders and the procurement process
- Meeting with project clients to assist the project management team in assessing and defining project needs and requirements to meet project timelines
- Assist with communications between the project team and clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Schedule internal and external kickoff and stakeholder meetings
- Agenda development, scheduling, meeting minutes
- Developing presentations and action item follow-up
- Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables
- Providing administrative support duties that may include but are not limited to:
- Copying, editing, basic document drafting, review and finalization
- Compiling weekly reports for the project management team
- Tracking check-ins, training, certifications, and deliverables
- Office supply tracking/budgeting
- Managing SharePoint and the Shared Drive
- Personnel Credentialing and Training support
- Managing the site clearance process for team members for customer agencies
- Tracking the credentialing and site clearance process
- Managing the VA DCJS and MD State Police licensing and renewal processes
- Coordination and scheduling training courses
- Documenting, tracking and maintaining division resources
- Providing meeting support may include but not limited to:
- Agenda development, scheduling, meeting minutes
- Developing presentations and action item follow-up
