Are you an experienced technician who loves working on cars and looking for the opportunity to advance your career in the automotive service industry? This position will require you to perform collision repairs, restoration and modifications, and weather damage, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform work specified on the repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
  • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
  • Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
  • Complete maintenance and test drive promptly
  • Communicate with Service Advisor so customers are informed if any additional services or repairs are needed - provide an estimate of time needed for such services or repairs

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license (required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 2+ years of Service Technician experience (preferred)
  • ASE Certification (required)
  • B level qualifications - including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
  • Dexterity - requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
  • Mechanical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Basic computer competencies
  • Ability to collaborate with others effectively
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
  • Ability to adapt to recent/new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
