The Customer Success Project Manager (CSPM) of Data Center Services is responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of all assigned projects. This includes coordinating schedules, budgets, and resources and communicating directly with clients and department heads concerning the project.


This position will report directly to the Director of Data Center Services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages several projects at one time.
Accountable for the oversight of critical workstreams of customer installations.
Drive cross functional integration between key teams including Sales, Construction and Operations.
Supervises all aspects of the process including reviewing documents, such as service orders, change orders,
purchase orders, submittals and RFI’s. Planning, assigning, delegating and directing work as necessary.
Onboards new customers by collecting key data, submittals, forms, etc.
Prepares and leads internal project kick-off calls as needed.

Creates project plans with timelines and provides regular progress communications to ensure timelines are met
and any potential challenges are mitigated.
Identifies risks in project deployment or milestones and communicates proactively to management with possible solutions.
Is the primary point of contact between the customer and client internal teams for all assigned projects.
Ensure all project stakeholders are kept informed of project progress and expectations.
Guarantee all aspects of customer delivery are met by client and ready for customer turnover by expected dates.

Assure project deliverables and made within the scope, timeline and budget.
After project completion works with internal teams to analyze lessons learned and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain project notes, next steps, delivery dates, etc. in Salesforce.
Provides weekly project updates to DCS Management with current statuses of all assigned projects.
Develops and builds strong relationships with Sales, Operations and other cross-functional teams.
Demonstrates complete understanding and awareness of the sales contract and the ability to estimate, recognize changes and take appropriate action.
Ensures DCS team has information readily available for all projects.

Education and Experience:
Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP), preferred.
Education: High School or equivalent, required.

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field, highly desired.
A combination of education and work experience will also be considered in lieu of degree.

Experience: 5 + years of experience in the Project Management field or in a related area.

Data center or technology company experience, required.
Advanced knowledge of management processes means and methods, required.

Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce.
