  • Hourly pay: $18-$20/hour based on experience and certifications.
Team Qualifications (Requirements):

  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds frequently.
  • Willingness to continuously learn new skills.
Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):
  • Perform high-level water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
  • Create Matterport videos for use by estimators and adjusters.
  • Maintain a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Ensure the truck is clean, properly stocked, and organized, and maintain all company equipment.
  • Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
  • Assist with warehousing and facility-related tasks as required.
  • Proactively assist other team members and take on a leadership role when needed.
