Team Leadership: Manage a team of insurance agents, providing guidance, support, and fostering a positive work culture.
Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, client appointments, and administrative tasks.
Policy Management: Ensure accurate processing of insurance policies, renewals, and changes.
Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to all industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements
Licensing: Active MN Property & Casualty License required.
Management Experience: Prior experience in a leadership role within the insurance industry is preferred.
