About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Lakeside Generations, a 5-star rated senior care campus in Dassel, MN.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitoring for effectiveness and response.
  • Manage medications, supplies, and equipment, ensuring accurate ordering, receiving, storing, and disposal in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in resident condition, taking follow-up action as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as required, contributing to a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • Current MN LPN or RN license in good standing.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a self-starter attitude and desire to be part of a team.
