Job Summary:

As a Full Stack Technical Architect at InTheNetwork.com, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications. You will be responsible for architecting scalable and efficient solutions using a range of technologies including React, Python, Django (or a similar framework), and PostgreSQL. A deep understanding of AWS is essential for this role, as you will be managing our cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect robust, scalable, and secure web applications using React, Python, Django (or another framework), and PostgreSQL.
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Implement and manage AWS infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability of our applications.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain innovative and competitive.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
  • Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap of InTheNetwork.com.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Technical Architect or similar role.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience.
  • Expertise in React for frontend development.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and Django (or another comparable framework) for backend development.
  • Extensive experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
  • In-depth knowledge of AWS services and best practices for cloud architecture.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with additional frontend frameworks or libraries.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of security best practices in web application development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Observability Tools (New Relic, Data Dog, Dyntrace…)
  • Experience working in a start-up
  • Experience working in a HIPAA environment
