The Company

Aquatic Control is a privately owned, and industry leading lake management company. We are a fast-growing company with a strong brand for premium products, innovation, and customer service. We are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us continue to grow our business. In the past few years, Aquatic Control has experienced massive growth, by adding multiple offices and the staff to support these offices. This growth has been driven by our commitment to providing our customers with the best possible products and services.

We are looking for a full-time Marketing Specialist who is passionate about marketing and has a desire to help us continue to grow our business


The Position

The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in helping us grow our business and reach new customers. You will be responsible for executing marketing plans, generating leads, creating content, and much more. This position will work closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members to manage and maintain all aspects of Aquatic Control’s marketing.

This position is perfect for a doer. Someone who enjoys creating marketing content (video, written digital, audio, print). If you do not have one of these skills, are you willing to try new things? If so, then you are the type of self-driven person we are looking for.

Requirements:

Responsibilities

  • Take concepts from others and bring them to life
  • Create marketing content such as such as brochures, flyers, and marketing emails
  • Finished content capable of increasing company’s customer base
  • Develop graphics for digital platforms to enhance text and use your passion to create compelling content
  • Edit video and audio to produce finished content for website and YouTube
  • Maintain company website as needed
  • Execute marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads
  • Work with team members to generate leads and close deals
  • Track and analyze marketing results to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies

Requirements

  • A passion for developing marketing content
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong graphic design and editing skills
  • Ability to work independently generating marketing content
  • Experience with Canva and The Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience editing video
  • Experience with WordPress is a plus
  • Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
