Job DescriptionJob DescriptionReporting directly to the Head of Consumer Acquisitions for Redwood Trust’s Home Equity Investment (HEI) product, Aspire, the Growth Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in helping build out and grow our direct to consumer (D2C) marketing machine. Leveraging multiple marketing channels, the successful candidate will help develop and execute our DTC marketing strategy for the Aspire home equity access product and drive cost-effective traffic into and through the funnel.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute a full-funnel multi-channel D2C strategy to drive lead generation - in alignment with Aspire business objectives and audience needs
  • In collaboration with Sales, Product and Design teams - craft, manage and execute paid search media strategies on Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms, including managing end-to-end campaign execution, from ideation and planning through to implementation and analysis
  • Develop and utilize audience segments, experimentation, and personalization to increase funnel conversion rates and reduce consumer acquisition costs
  • Assist in developing new landing pages to enhance user experience, support marketing campaigns, and drive conversions
  • Use data-driven analysis to measure campaign effectiveness, generate insights and optimize marketing strategies
  • Drives shifts in our D2C strategies based on experiment outcomes and progress to OKRs
  • Educate and influence leadership through data driven analysis and subject matter expertise

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in a D2C acquisition marketing role
  • Strong expertise in paid media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google), and related tools
  • A Full stack mindset. You might be developing strategy one day, collaborating with Design and Engineering to create ads and landing pages the next, analyzing the data the following day, then presenting to leadership
  • Experience with email marketing, affiliate marketing and associated technologies
  • An entrepreneurial, takes ownership attitude
  • A data first approach. Deep experience and understanding of marketing analytics and reporting
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • A collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication skills - being able to clearly present learnings and recommendations at an executive level
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Power BI is a plus

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this role is $101k - 125K annually. The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, geographic location, training, licensure and certification, and other factors.
