We're searching for Colorado's finest Construction Estimators to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of transforming construction dreams into reality. Here's a glimpse of what awaits you:

Your Mission:

Immerse yourself in project solicitation documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness, while crafting insightful questions related to your scope of work.

Forge connections with subcontractors and vendors, soliciting their quotations, and expertly managing bid document packages.

Shape project work requirements into clear scope of work packages through narratives, checklists, and precise quantity take-offs.

Be the guardian of accuracy as you meticulously evaluate subcontractor/vendor proposals, scrutinizing quantities, schedules, inclusions, exclusions, and more.

Harness your analytical prowess to prepare subcontractors/vendors price analysis sheets.

Collaborate seamlessly with our design team on design-build RFPs, lending your expertise to proposal development.

Play a pivotal role in defining subcontractor/vendor agreements' scope of work during the purchasing process.

What We're Looking For:

A minimum of three (3) years' experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on estimating.

A deep understanding of construction documents and the ability to craft comprehensive scopes of work.

Stellar interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, for effective collaboration.

A knack for thriving in a team environment, even when juggling multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a primary focus on Excel and Word.

Familiarity with On-Screen take-off software or similar tools is a definite plus.

Working knowledge of estimating software.
