Position Overview: FINSYNC seeks a highly creative and experienced Senior Web/Marketing Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide strategic creative direction, translating abstract marketing concepts into polished visual designs and digital assets across channels. You will take collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure brand consistency.

This role requires a seasoned creative professional adept at both high-level strategic design and hands-on execution across digital channels. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, can work autonomously to deliver quality work, and possesses the ability to collaborate and lead cross-functional teams.

Note: This is an individual contributor role with no direct people management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead ideation and execution of innovative design strategies for marketing initiatives
  • Conceptualize and produce visually compelling designs, graphics, layouts, and digital creative content
  • Handle hands-on design tasks, oversee production, prepare design specifications and assets, and collaborate with developers to maintain efficient workflows and seamless hand-offs.
  • Review work, provide constructive feedback, foster a collaborative team environment, and provide art direction for photography, video, and multimedia content.
  • Ensure brand standards for aesthetics, UX, accessibility, responsive design, UI, color, and typography
  • Contribute ideas to elevate creative impact and improve processes
  • Leverage emerging AI tools and technologies to enhance design workflows, ideation, and asset creation while adhering to ethical AI practices and inclusive design principles.
  • Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and other teams to align creative with business goals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or related field
  • 5-8+ years of professional design experience, with a focus on web/digital marketing design
  • Expertise in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
  • Outstanding visual design skills and portfolio demonstrating strong aesthetics
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Passion for creative innovation and understanding of latest design trends
  • Hands-on experience with UX/UI, responsive design, and accessibility principles
