We are seeking an experienced Tax Attorney who will play a pivotal role in building and expanding our tax practice. This position offers the flexibility of a hybrid or full remote working arrangement, making it ideal for those seeking a balanced and adaptable work environment.

Compensation:

$100,000+ yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage IRS audit processes, providing expert representation and advice to our clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies for tax planning, trusts, and estates, catering to a diverse clientele.
  • Collaborate with a team of tax professionals to deliver comprehensive tax solutions.
  • Stay updated on tax law changes and advise clients accordingly.
  • Participate in the growth and development of our tax practice, contributing innovative ideas and strategies.
Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the bar in at least one state.
  • LL.M. in Taxation is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tax law, with a focus on IRS audits and tax credit matters.
  • Strong understanding of tax planning, trusts, and estate laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex tax concepts clearly.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
