Using state-of-the-art equipment, our laboratories complete comprehensive soil testing and analysis to deliver unparalleled insights to Farmers Edge customers, agricultural retailers, and research facilities across the country The lab in Grimes, Iowa is looking to fill seasonal positions.

What you'll be doing:

Soil Extraction Technicians

  • Prepares and maintains reagents, solutions, and equipment needed for extraction procedures, records information and maintains quality control standards

Soil Grinder

  • Operates sample mills (grinders) used to pre-process samples in accordance with an established production schedule
  • Retrieves dried samples from drying room and prepares them for lab analysis

The ideal candidates will have post-secondary education in a related field, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience in a lab environment.
