Collaborates with Assistant Manager – Clinical Resource, Education, works with Clinical Management Team and staff as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides as needed support to Director of Quality and Education to plan, implement, and evaluate Performance Improvement (PI) initiatives.

Provides as needed support to Director of Quality and Education to evaluate needs for system learning opportunities to facilitate improvements.

Provides as needed support to Director of Quality and Education to achieve quality and clinical outcomes.

Provides as needed support to Director of Quality and Education to ensure that accreditation and regulatory requirements are met

Performs other related assignments/functions as needed.

Other duties as required in support of Director of Quality and Education.

Requirements:

Masters Degree required.

Experience in a home care environment required. Experience in Healthcare Quality required. Home Health, Hospice, and Joint Commission experience preferred.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as medical records, medical reports, etc. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Must be able to speak, read, and write English with excellent oral and written communication skills required.

Current RN licensure in State of Rhode Island required.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile liability insurance.
