Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and organize all customer inventory. Check in all items that come into storage and keep existing inventory in order.

• Make inventory pulls based upon customer request, verify all counts, and provide documentation of inventory.

• Answer customer inquiries in a friendly and timely manner, fields calls from customers where inventory questions or problems occur, and keeps customers/sales/csr updated on inventory levels.

• Maintain accurate inventory of printed materials and customer products.

• Assist Shipping Department with daily UPS and FedEx shipments.

Requirements:

• High School education or equivalent

• 2-3 years in fulfillment/inventory setting

• UPS/FedEx experience

• Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision

• Valid driver’s license is required

• The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced, high energy environment

• Great communication skills
