Our Company is currently looking for a Production Supervisor. In this position you will be making a difference each and every day.

Responsibilities:
Explain the renovation process and answer customer questions.
Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs/concerns.
Communicate clear expectations and supervise production team members while on the job site.
Perform production procedures as scheduled and ensure quality.
Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers.
Manage documentation for all jobs to ensure complete and accurate details
Manage and control costs of production jobs.
Requirements
Ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony convictions or misdemeanors involving violence or theft.
Have a valid IICRC WRT certification.
At least 6+ months experience in the industry.
Must have a professional appearance and great attitude.
A valid driver license with a reasonable driving record and able to operate a work box truck vehicle.
Because we provide 24-hour emergency services, must be willing to be on call occasionally.
Some night and weekend work required.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Must have a high school diploma or a GED certificate.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
