Arrow Alliance Industries is seeking a highly qualified Program Director to serve as the main point of contact and subject matter expert. The Program Director will assist in designing and leading family enrichment (home-based) programs with certified prenatal to birth care, child health and development, preschool-based family engagement and literacy, and working with populations suffering from personal, intergenerational, and historical trauma. The Program Director shall have extensive background and experience working with local cultural and language integration and framework development that can be applied to existing educational practices/curriculum.


Job Description


Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement the organization’s advocacy strategy to advance its mission and goals.
  • Lead the advocacy team in setting objectives, priorities, and action plans aligned with organizational strategies.
  • Monitor political, legislative, and regulatory developments relevant to the organization’s interests.

Advocacy Program Management:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of advocacy campaigns and programs.
  • Coordinate advocacy efforts across departments or regions to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
  • Manage advocacy budgets, resources, and reporting to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including policymakers, government agencies, partner organizations, and community leaders.
  • Represent the organization in advocacy coalitions, forums, and public events.
  • Advocate for the organization’s positions through effective communication and relationship-building.

Policy Analysis and Development:

  • Conduct research and analysis of policy issues relevant to the organization’s mission.
  • Draft policy documents, position statements, and advocacy materials.
  • Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior leadership on policy matters.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

  • Establish metrics and benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of advocacy initiatives.
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and assess their impact on the organization.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor FACE Advocates, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements.
Requirements:

Education

  • A master’s degree in education, leadership, or related field.

Experience

  • Significant experience (typically 10+ years) in advocacy, training, and management.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful training campaigns.
  • Experience in managing teams remotely.

Skills

  • Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
  • Excellent communication and personal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
