Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• 5-10 years of commercial banking/lending and professional credit experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration
• finance and/or accounting or related field.
• Organization and attention to detail as a strength and can take on a variety of roles to assist in the growth of the market.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-driven motivator that can use previous banking experiences to provide value to fellow team members.
