Aspire Rural Health System is seeking a full time Recruiter within our HR Department. We are looking for those who have a great attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals who are constantly striving to provide the highest quality of services for our patient.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate degree business or related field and 2+ years of HR experience required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in Human Resources or a related field preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates through online platforms, updating and managing job advertisements, and conducting background checks. This role will support our recruitment efforts for all positions within Aspire Rural Health Systems. Additionally, the recruiter will maintain and update the HR record-keeping system and assist with general HR administrative tasks.
