Job Overview: Nibav Lifts Inc. is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Order Selector to join our team. The Order Selector will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders, ensuring timely and correct deliveries, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Selection: Accurately pick and assemble items from inventory based on customer orders, ensuring completeness and correctness.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect items for quality and condition before selection, ensuring only the best products are prepared for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to the warehouse manager.
- Efficient Packing: Pack orders securely using appropriate packaging materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Shipping Coordination: Prepare orders for shipment and collaborate with shipping carriers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, following all safety protocols and procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet order fulfillment targets and improve overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in order selection, warehouse operations, or a similar role is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail to ensure orders are selected and prepared correctly.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move items, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills for inventory and order management systems.
- Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Communication: Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
