Position Overview: Are you meticulous, energetic, and ready to contribute to a growing company? Nibav Lifts Inc. is seeking an Order Selector who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our operations by ensuring the accurate and efficient selection of products for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate Selection: Select and gather products based on customer orders with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Order Verification: Ensure each order is complete and meets quality standards before packaging and shipping.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets and maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or order selection role is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
