What you will do:
- Provide first-level technical support to internal users via phone, email, or in-person.
- Workstation/laptop and printer troubleshooting and repair
- Assist with infrastructure installs, including running networking cables
- Team member onboarding hardware/software setup (workstations, laptops, iPads, iPhones, etc.)
- Learn and assist users with low level issues with software such as Salesforce, RentalMan, Microsoft, RingCentral and more
- Travel may be required locally
- Additional responsibilities as needed

Requirements:- Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+ is a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft applications
- Maintain a “Customer First” attitude and provide excellent service
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Must be able to speak, read and write English proficiently
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
