Responsibilities

  • Assist team members with questions regarding all things process, policy, and guidelines
  • Communicate and interact with other teams
  • Complete monthly YourTimes and provide coaching/feedback/guidance to team members on an on going and as needed basis
  • Demonstrates a high level of client service and communication skills
  • Performs the work alongside the team to meet production goals

Qualifications

Must Have Experience:

  • 6 months experience in current role
  • Excited and passionate about company and team’s goals
  • Has a strong work ethic
  • Open to learning, willing to be coached, and able to be flexible in an ever-changing industry
