About the Position:

We are seeking a Field Service Technician for our Phoenix, AZ office whose job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following for water purification and treatment systems and equipment:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years mechanical experience.
  • Related experience i.e. Mechanic, HVAC, Field Service, Electrical trouble shooting
  • Values an efficient productive work environment
  • Exhibits tenacity in seeing tasks through to completion.
  • Maintain grooming and uniform requirements

Primary Purpose:

  • Meet all customer needs relating to the service, maintenance, and repair of their high purity water system(s).

Major Job Responsibilities:

  • Complete on the job training.
  • Performs field maintenance of high-purity water systems.
  • Collaborates with service management and engineering team to perform diagnostic and troubleshooting issues that impact water system efficiency.
  • Establish and maintains effective, trusted working relationships with customers and assists them in good management and maintenance practices for their water system performance.
  • Provides thorough documentation, in accordance with standard operating procedures, of all services provided.
