The Transmission Line Engineer is responsible for the design, construction, and maintenance of transmission lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and experience working with transmission line design software.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing transmission lines to meet customer specifications
  • Overseeing the construction of transmission lines
  • Maintaining transmission lines to ensure safe and reliable operation
  • Working with other engineers and technicians to solve problems

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience working in the transmission line industry
  • Proficiency in electrical engineering principles and software (such as PLS-TOWER, PLS-POLE)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • PE preferred but not a requirement
