What We Are Looking For: We are on the hunt for a dynamic, energetic, and passionate Produce Manager to join our enthusiastic team. To lead our produce department with flair, ensuring every customer enjoys a fresh, vibrant, and delightful shopping experience. Position Summary: As a Produce Manager at Seed to Table, you'll be the guardian of all things fresh and fabulous. You'll oversee the daily operations of our produce department, ensuring the highest quality and presentation of our products. Your role includes managing inventory, supervising staff, and creating an inviting atmosphere that keeps our customers coming back for more. Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a team of Produce Associates with positivity and energy. Ensure the highest standards of quality, freshness, and presentation of all produce items. Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste with precision and care. Engage with customers, providing excellent service and sharing your produce knowledge. Collaborate with the leadership team to implement innovative and sustainable practices. Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing produce department. Qualifications: Proven experience in a produce management role or similar. Exceptional leadership skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for fresh, organic produce and sustainable practices. Proficiency in English, with Spanish as a plus. Authorized to work in the United States. Must be at least 18 years of age. Experience with making pasta from scratch and using pasta-making equipment is a plus. Must have reliable transportation. Positive, upbeat attitude and a sense of humor that can light up the produce aisle. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Comfortable lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds. Capable of reaching, bending, and performing repetitive motions.
