Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Hourly Rate: $22 to $24 per hour, with a 5% bonus potential

Overview:
As a Routing Clerk, you will play a pivotal role in our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient and timely routing of customer orders from Fulfillment to Shipping. You will collaborate closely with internal departments, external carriers, and logistics teams to coordinate shipments and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the routing of customer orders from Fulfillment to Shipping departments.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate shipment execution.
Prepare shipping documents such as bills of lading for load tendering.
Research and resolve issues and discrepancies related to shipments.
Maintain detailed records of all shipments in accordance with transportation guidelines.
Follow customer-specific guidelines and requirements when preparing shipments.
Collaborate with supervisors and shipping personnel to optimize operational efficiency.
Adhere to safety and compliance standards in all logistics activities.
Requirements:

Proven experience in logistics coordination or related field preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
Problem-solving abilities to address issues and implement effective solutions.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software for logistics management.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or related fields are a plus.
