Associate Brand Manager Opportunity

Are you ready to dive into the world of brand management and make a significant impact? We're seeking an enthusiastic Associate Brand Manager to join a rapidly growing Food Manufacturer. In this role, you'll have the chance to learn and grow alongside experienced brand and marketing managers while making our licensed brand program a strategic differentiator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Building Leadership: Lead brand-building efforts for assigned brands, shaping their direction and ensuring they stand out in the market.

  • Strategy Execution: Translate brand strategy into actionable packaging, marketing, and merchandising tactics to drive success.

  • Market Insight Utilization: Transform consumer test feedback into actionable insights to guarantee marketplace success.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams including Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment with goals and objectives.

  • Long-Term Vision Development: Participate in developing long-term vision and strategies for key categories, leveraging consumer and market insights.

  • Budget Management: Oversee fiscal management of marketing and brand budgets, ensuring resources are utilized effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: A degree in B.S.B.A / Marketing is required, with an MBA preferred to strengthen your skills further.

  • Industry Exposure: Experience in CPG, retail, or consumer products manufacturing is highly valued.

  • Brand Management Exposure: Exposure to brand building, marketing, and brand management will set you up for success in this role.

  • Critical Thinking Skills: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential for navigating the fast-paced world of brand management.

  • Urgency and Drive: Demonstrated high sense of urgency and a drive for speed to market will ensure you thrive in this dynamic environment.
