ARE YOU THE SUPERVISOR WE'RE LOOKING FOR? As a front of house Supervisor at our restaurant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and delivering exceptional customer service. You will have the opportunity to directly supervise and support our team of servers, hosts, bartenders, and bus persons in providing top-notch table service that aligns with our restaurant's service standards and specifications. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining the restaurant/bar area and equipment, enforcing company standards and procedures, and assisting in scheduling and staffing based on business needs. Your exceptional leadership skills will be crucial in motivating and maintaining a cohesive team.
By identifying and addressing training needs, you will contribute to the professional development of our staff. Above all, your dedication to providing an excellent guest and employee experience will be instrumental in ensuring guest and employee satisfaction and enhancing our reputation.
To be successful in the Supervisor position on our team, it is essential to be well-organized and focused, with keen attention to detail. Effective communication skills (both written and verbal), collaboration, and teamwork are also important qualities, as you will be working closely with and supporting co-workers to ensure smooth operations. Being able to work with minimal supervision and demonstrating self-motivation is important in this role.
