ACCELERATING YOUR FUTURE

The People & Culture Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Head of HR and other departments to support an engaging partner and patient-focused organizational culture. The Operations Coordinator will focus on our people by acting as an employee champion and change agent who will plan, drive, and facilitate the successful execution of Human Resources programs, activities, and services.

How You Will Make an Impact:

· Benefits Administration: Partner with our benefits broker to effectively manage all company benefits programs.

· Wellness Initiatives: Plan and deliver physical, mental, and financial health and wellness initiatives.

· Leave of Absence Program: Facilitate the company's leave of absence programs, including STD, LTD, MA PFML, and FMLA.

· Talent Acquisition Support: Collaborate with our talent acquisition team to recruit, hire, and onboard new employees successfully.

· New Hire Onboarding & Orientation: Coordinate new employee onboarding and conduct orientation programs.

· Payroll: Work with the Finance Department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

· HR Content Management: Maintain up-to-date HR content on the company’s Intranet Portal, including new hire announcements and employee engagement initiatives.

· HR Metrics: Produce weekly HR metrics for the leadership team.

· Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, and provide expertise and guidance on HR benefits, policies, and procedures.

· Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

· P & C Projects: Support HR initiatives and projects, including employee engagement initiatives, visa processes, surveys, and the performance review process.

· Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring:

· Recent experience with ADP Workforce Now.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

· Effective problem-solving capabilities.

· Strong oral and written communication skills.

· Basic understanding of federal and state employment laws.

Qualifications:

· A BA/BS degree in Human Resources or a related field.

· Four to six years of relevant human resources operational experience, preferably in an early-stage or emerging organization.

· Experience in Human Resources within the life sciences industry is desired.
