Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Selector to join our warehouse team. The Order Selector will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are accurately selected and prepared for shipment, meeting the high standards our customers expect. This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate Selection: Select products accurately according to customer orders, ensuring the correct items and quantities are picked.
  • Efficient Packing: Pack products securely for shipment, using appropriate materials to protect items during transit.
  • Order Verification: Verify that orders are complete and correct before shipment, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
  • Labeling and Documentation: Label packages clearly and correctly, and maintain accurate records of orders and shipments.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment and cycle counts.
  • Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse team members to meet daily operational goals and maintain a smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in selecting and packing orders.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
  • Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory tracking.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
