REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS PLUMBING INSTALLATION INSTALL COORDINATOR - EXCAVATOR JOB

  • Proficiency with Mac operating systems, Google programs, and related software
  • Ability to accurately and promptly process high volumes of work
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Some customer service experience would be preferred.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A PLUMBING INSTALLATION INSTALL COORDINATOR - EXCAVATOR

This excavating position typically works Monday - Friday, leaving your weekends open and free

Your contribution as a Plumbing Installation Install Coordinator - Excavator is invaluable in ensuring the successful and timely completion of our projects. Your exceptional planning skills are put to excellent use as you expertly schedule and coordinate new installations. Collaborating closely with clients, contractors, and team members, you diligently create budgets for each project and establish realistic timelines for efficient execution.

As a key member of the team, you adeptly delegate tasks among the field crew and technicians, optimizing productivity and effectiveness. Even in the face of unforeseen challenges, you promptly address and resolve any issues that may arise, drawing upon your problem-solving abilities.

Your meticulous attention to detail shines through as you diligently update and maintain all essential records and documents associated with each project. Additionally, you ensure that all payments owed to us are collected. Recognizing the importance of a clean and organized work site, you diligently oversee the thorough clearance of the area before considering the job complete.
