This office is seeking a full-time Customer Service & Outreach Coordinator who is career minded and possesses unmatched people skills. This is an in-person entry-level opening NOT in a call center environment. Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints through direct outreach to our clients
  • Provide information about the products and services directly
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields if possible but not required
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
