Job Responsibilities:

· Initiate contact with customers via phone, email, and mail to follow up on overdue payments, resolve payment discrepancies, and negotiate payment plans.

· Reconcile customer accounts and payments, ensuring accuracy and resolving any billing or payment discrepancies promptly.

· Investigate and resolve customer disputes or billing issues in collaboration with internal departments such as sales, customer service, and billing.

· Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while effectively communicating payment expectations and deadlines.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

· 2+ years of experience in business-to-business collections or accounts receivable management.

· Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to follow up with customers assertively but professionally to secure payments.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex billing and payment issues.

· Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Customer-centric approach with a focus on building positive relationships and providing exceptional service.
