- 1st Shift - Monday - Friday 6 am - 4:30 pm- 2nd Shift - Monday - Thursday 5 pm - 5:30 am- $17 - $30 per hour (16% shift premium for 2nd shift)

Position SummaryIn this role, we are seeking welders who have proven experience and a strong skillset in MIG, TIG, Flux-Core and Arc welding.

Position Responsibilities
  • Flame cutting, Beveling, Pre and Tack welding, Grinding, Straightening, Bracing and building basic fabrications to print using a fixture or where minimal or no machine stock is required.
  • Maintain welding equipment and shop fabrication tools for assigned work area
  • Must be able to set parameters on their welding machine with guidance from the supervisor, and understand the information that is listed on the welding procedure specs.
  • Experience welding thick metal, 1/2" - 2"


Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6 months of experience in the welding and fabricating field
  • Proficiency reading blueprint and recognizing weld symbols
  • Tack welding, using FCAW, GMAW or Stick electrodes
  • Ability to read standard and metric tape measures
  • Ability to weld in all positions
  • Ability to build fabrications from basic blueprints and detailed prints with minimal machine surfaces
