We are currently seeking a creative and motivated Marketing and Graphic Design Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. The Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist will work from the Insurefit RM space, as this is not a work-from-home position.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Part-Time Marketing and Graphic Design Specialist will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence and supporting our marketing initiatives. This position requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical skills to create compelling visual content and execute effective marketing campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and email templates.
  • Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote our insurance products and services.
  • Periodically update the company’s social media platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging content. And collaborate with Little Dog Social media on posts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
  • Maintain and update the company website with fresh and relevant content.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with the company’s branding guidelines and maintain a cohesive brand image.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Experience with social media management and content creation.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus, but not required.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

HOURS & COMPENSATION

Part-time position (5-10 hours per week)

Flexible working hours

Competitive hourly rate based on experience
