What does a Child Care Teacher at Encompass do?
Encompass Teachers plan and implement a curriculum that is focused on play and children's interests. With the support and direction of our Center Directors, you will receive ongoing employee training, program support, and professional development opportunities. Our Teachers provide the very best in early education and care for our children, showing them how to learn through play and having fun.
The ideal child care teacher has:
- High school diploma required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or Early Childhood Special Education preferred but not required
- A desire to provide the very best early education and child care for children
- Training provided for those passionate about early education
With our seven child care locations throughout Greater Green Bay, there are always opportunities to grow.
Here are our child care locations looking for educators:
- The Pulaski Center - Nancy Lane in Pulaski: Infant Teacher, Toddler Teacher, School Age Teacher, Preschool Teacher (3 year old)
- The Rosebush Center – University Ave in East Green Bay: Preschool Teacher (3 year old), Infant/Toddler Float Teacher, Toddler Teacher
- Carol & Robert Bush Center - Pine St in Green Bay: Infant Teacher, Two Year Old Teacher, Preschool (3 year old) Teacher
- The Cornerstone Center – Broadway in Downtown Green Bay: Preschool Teachers (3-5)
- Bellin Health Center - Webster Ave in Allouez: Preschool Teacher (3 year olds)
Hours based upon the location (not to go outside of business hours Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm)
