Job Summary:

As a member of Human Resources and the Recruiting team, facilitates all phases of the recruitment process from sourcing to start date, including making the hiring decision and extending job offers.


Qualifications:

Work in office 5 days/week.

· · 3+ years recruitment and hiring experience to include high-volume non-exempt positions.

· · Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.

· · Ability to create and implement numerous, cost-effective sourcing strategies for recruitment.

· · Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

· · Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

· · Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.

· · Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

· · Proficient with applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.

· · Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Good planning/organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and plan work activities.
