What does a Janitor/ Floor Care Specialist do?
- Clean carpet of resident rooms and common areas.
- Take out trash and recycling.
- Complete basic cleaning/ maintenance.
- Replace light bulbs in building fixtures.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
What does a Janitor/ Floor Care Specialist require?
- Previous carpet cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
- Must be able to run carpet extractor and drive tractor.
- Ability to use basic tools.
- Must have patience and understanding to work with a diverse population of residents.
