We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, managing brand communications, and driving engagement across multiple platforms. This role requires a creative thinker with strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Identify target audiences and determine the best ways to reach them through digital, print, and social media channels.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and optimize marketing efforts.

Content Creation & Management:

  • Manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other creatives to produce engaging marketing assets.

Brand Management:

  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Develop and enforce brand guidelines to ensure all communications are aligned with the company’s vision and values.

Digital Marketing:

  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Monitor and analyze metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Oversee website content updates and improvements to enhance user experience and engagement.

Project Management:

  • Coordinate and manage marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to support company initiatives.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on data and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, email marketing platforms).
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
