We seek a school counselor for per-diem positions in Rockford, IL.

Compensation:

  • The hourly range for this position is $28.03- $49.95. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, etc.

Requirements:

  • CADC required
  • 2 days at Hononegah HS (M&W, 7 hours each day)
  • Provide counseling services for students who need assistance to equip students to be fully functioning within the school setting
  • Provide Group Counseling for identified homogeneous groups
  • Provide Crisis Intervention Counseling and Assistance
  • Collaborate with staff regarding referral to the Student Assistance Program
  • Provide referral upon request and/or need for more in-depth individual or family counseling
  • Provide resources to current school counseling staff
  • Provide feedback to assigned administration (as determined by Administration)
