Our LPNs have a love for seniors and a respect for the needs of older adults. (You should too) They are focused on providing high-quality, direct patient care through standard healthcare practices, including administering prescribed medications and treatments, conducting patient assessments, monitoring vital signs, and helping with diagnostic tests. LPNs also collaborate on patient care plans and educate patients and families. Documentation is done via an EMR system.

Qualifications:

- Valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
