We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director and senior leadership team. Duties
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Director and senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Communication: Act as a liaison between the Executive Director, staff, board members, and external partners. Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the office, including maintaining office supplies, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating events, meetings, and community outreach programs. Handle logistics, invitations, and follow-up communications.
Project Management: Support various projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and completion. Track progress, prepare reports, and maintain documentation.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a nonprofit organization.
