Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Pre-Project Planning:

Imagine the thrill of visiting a project site for the first time—visualizing the transformation you’ll bring about. You’ll review project plans, analyze specifications, and develop strategies that set the stage for success, ensuring that every project starts on the right foot.

Client & Stakeholder Relations:

Building and maintaining strong relationships is at the heart of what we do. You’ll be the bridge between our clients’ visions and the reality we create, managing contracts and ensuring that all project objectives are aligned with client expectations.

Team Leadership:

Your leadership will inspire and motivate diverse project teams, guiding them through challenges and triumphs alike. Upholding the highest standards of safety and quality, you’ll ensure that every team member contributes to the project’s success and leaves with a sense of accomplishment.

Reporting & Documentation:

Every project tells a story, and your role includes documenting that narrative. You’ll provide consistent updates to clients and internal stakeholders, maintain detailed records, and oversee financial management, ensuring that every chapter of the project is accounted for.

Continuous Improvement:

At the end of each project, you’ll reflect on the journey—analyzing outcomes, documenting lessons learned, and implementing strategies for future success. Your insights will drive innovation and efficiency, ensuring that every new project builds on the successes of the past.



Requirements
  • Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects in marine, civil, or heavy infrastructure sectors, with budgets exceeding $50M.
  • Expertise in interpreting and managing construction contracts, plans, and specifications to ensure project success.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and inspire diverse teams to achieve project goals.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within a 100-200 mile radius and work remotely as required by the project’s needs.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to adapt to challenging project conditions, ensuring successful project delivery under all circumstances.

Physical/Mental Requirements:

  • Capable of performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Proficient in using PPE such as hard hats, safety glasses, life vests, respirators, earplugs, and steel-toed shoes.
  • Physical demands include walking, climbing, standing, bending, lifting up to 30 lbs independently (up to 60 lbs with assistance), and working in confined spaces and at heights.
  • Thrive in diverse environments, adapting to varying weather conditions, loud settings, and vibrations with ease.

Benefits
  • Salary: $95K to $140K per year, based on experience.
  • Allowance: $700 monthly allowance plus a generous per diem for every day worked, ensuring your comfort and well-being on the job.
  • Benefits: A comprehensive package, including Health, Vision, Dental, Accident and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance, Short- and Long-Term Disability, and a 401(k) with employer contributions.
  • Schedule:Full-time | Rotational (14 days on / 7 days off)
  • Location:Based in Galveston, TX, with opportunities for travel to diverse project sites within a 100–200-mile radius and beyond as needed.
