Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAllegiance Staffing is looking for a front and back office medical assistant to join our client's team for an immediate, permanent opportunity This unique position allows for cross training and duties in both medical assisting and front office operations.
Duties include a variety of tasks associated with daily clinic operations:

1. Help to schedule appointments, answer phones, check-in and check-out visitors and patients.
2. Assist physicians with patients and office procedures.
3. Patient work-up, performing phlebotomy, vital signs, and H & P when necessary.
4. Prepare medication listing for physician if needed5. Clean and restock exam rooms
Qualifications:1. Recent experience and ability in phlebotomy, blood draws2. Computer literate with basic knowledge of EMR and scheduling3. Experience in front office duties and answering multiple phone lines4. GED or Highschool Diploma5. At least one year experience in a medical office
