The Cleaning Sanitation Technician performs a variety of working and technical duties as needed to ensure the ongoing sanitation of the cleanroom(s) is within the set standards.


As a Cleaning Sanitation Technician, you will:

  • Knowledge and implementation of cGMP’s, and regulations
  • Annual required sanitation training in Alchemy/with trainer
  • Perform proper cleaning of equipment and verify cleanliness of equipment before use
  • Performs sanitation procedures and processes
  • Assist in making sure the master cleaning schedule is updated and corresponds with SOP’s
  • Ensure all CIPs are done following each production run (350 tank, 7000 tank, pasteurizer, and kapps-all-filler)
  • Perform daily cleaning to all cleanrooms after production run (batching, staging, and fill rooms)
  • Record cleaning and CIPs in daily logbooks and in Redzone
  • Work closely with quality personnel in cleanroom walkthroughs to make sure room is clean and passes swabs and released for morning production run
  • Perform weekly titration testing, drain cleaning as well as monthly fogging procedures
  • Set up descrambler, filler, and capper for the next day run (including 100 bottle check)
  • Other duties as assigned
