THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Help manage event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and equipment rental.
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and event participants to ensure all event needs are met.
  • Maintain event budgets and track expenses.
  • Create and distribute event materials such as invitations, programs, and promotional items.
  • Provide on-site support during events, including registration, attendee assistance, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in event planning and marketing.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software is a plus.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
